Sling TV complaint: No credits or refunds when excess charges made

My complaint:

A charge for PPV Boxing match was made on my account that I didn’t make. I have no idea how this happened. Discussed this with customer service and the first thing they say is we don’t give refunds or credits. I initially didn’t ask this, I was just investigating how it happened. Very poor customer service. I am now out $76 for an event I didn’t purchase or watch. However I will be calling my bank on Monday morning to dispute the charge. I asked if they could tell me the location where the person was who did watch this, thinking they could at least see it wasn’t me. I’ve never given out my log in details or shared my account with anyone. I’m very disappointed. I’ve been a customer for over 5yrs but cancelled my account as soon as the conversation ended.

Suggested solution:

The company could have helped me understand how this happened or at the very least credited my account for the amount. In going through my billing statement, it shows they charged me for a service called Here TV but then later it shows a credit. That proves they can go in and out of an account. I don't even know what Here Tv is other than they said it was a premium service of some kind.
