My complaint:
I use my Sling TV account mostly to get FOX News. I noticed that some of the commercials are broadcast from Sling TV instead of FOX. The commercials from SLING are played at three to four times the volume as the programming volume that was just being played. This is extremely offensive and disruptive. In fact is so disruptive that a law was passed to prevent this from happening with regular TV programming. This issue needs to be addressed without comsumer’s having to go to the government to get the problem fixed. I have contacted the FCC and they said that the law was written to include cable and broadcast TV but did not include streaming services. Unless I hear back from you concerning this problem, I will have no other option but to contact the congressional reps. that got the bill passed in 2012 concerning excessive commercial volume. Give you people an inch…and you take a mile. I look forward to your response.
