Sling TV complaint: Buffering

My complaint:

Reported issue w buffering and error codes ( 22-51 and 24-102) Was told issue was escalated and still having issue. Cannot get any refund because Sling says they are not responsible. So who is?

Suggested solution:

Refund 3 days of service and resolve the issue. Contact me when that is done. Simple.
