My complaint:
At 4AM rudely awoken by customer next to my room, TV as loud as he could get it plus loud voices, no respect for anybody else but their rude selves. Hotel staff ADAMENTLY REFUSED to offer a refund due to the disturbance and inconvenience of loosing a nights sleep
