My complaint:
I Michael Baca had an unauthorized transaction that the front desk knew the person that used my credit card with out permission and lied in my face about the thief that used my card . She told me that the credit card used was not used under my name and also said that the credit card that was put on hold for room 220 was charged $147.00 was a huge lie when I spoke to the wonderful wonderful general manger Destiny . She let me know that the front desk working 3 til 11pm did not know exactly why the front desk lady would lie to me and say the person that used my credit card did not use it . I had my credit used and then lied to at the front desk . This front desk lady either covering up for the thief or knows him and allowed the thief to stay in room 220 . I feel so discriminated and that worker should be known she is not good covering up for unauthorized use of credit cards here is the police report
