My complaint:
I am waiting for my refund since 7 months from Skyscanner and they are giving the reason that Singapore airline has not release the funds. My partner booked the tickets from other portal with the same airlines in October and her ticket also got cancelled and she got her refund within 4 weeks.
It is extremely mentally traumatic for me that I am chasing with them and it is not a small amount. It is a big amount which needs to be refunded.
I am so depressed and harassed that even when you call their contact center, they just say that people dont even get their refund in more than 1 year, while yours is only 6 months.
I am just waiting for some time, if I do not get my refund I will file a legal case against Skyscanner in Sydney. I have also got the support of other users who are in same boat like me.
