My complaint:

I have two problems with NetSpend skylight one was they allowed me to v
Be charged by Google play blaming me for not cancelling the subscription that I didn’t know how to or that this would happen what happened was SiriusXM or Google play billed my card like 25 times and each failed transaction cost me 1.25 or 32 dollars which I got money from my job then after that I was at minus 7 dollars I feel strongly it’s there lack of consumer protection and greed that allowed that and second I got a scam by a fake boost mobile from Facebook which looked very official I hit the buy now bar on the website and it said error …so not knowing it’s a scam I hit the button again which they charged my card some 5 times …I never got resolve after I called skylight they lied and said I would get my money back in the mail I would get an affidavit which I got the card that I got another from work and don’t honestly need

Suggested solution:

1I would like an avenue to get my stolen money back 2 let me cancel out bad charges on my card instead of them being allowed despite my complaints about a scam 3 hire phone operators that aren't liars and can speak reasonable English.
