My complaint:
Constantly lied to!!! Lost money for unauthorized transaction that I clearly didn’t make?!!! Told that investigation was closed and nothing else can be done. I’m out of money for something that I didn’t receive or ordered. Never told where my money went.. Over a year ago!!!!
Suggested solution:
Some kind of explanation would be nice.!!!!
