My complaint:
First and only deposit by my work was $1353 spent $186 checked my posted trans actions equals up to $186 but my balance reflects -$19 where rest my money don’t know I can not get customer service to answer when I call more will call back when sent email about it they responded back to me to set time and date so they can call me back and they also responded saying they been trying to call me..the phone number on my account is correct I have zero missed calls from that company or any affiliated business they may use to call threw no missed calls no on the dates they said at all my phone doesn’t filter calls so I would not miss any number comes across my phone..I cannot access my app cannot get no one to help me gain access keeps looping over and over to sign up even though I already have account..they stole money now they are hiding because they fail to answer or respond to me I’ve tried calling from multiple phones and numbers and ways. As for proof got pay check stub from.work but can’t access online skylight account to sow balance but when call they card it does says what’s been spent then phone stops after reaches certain point during the automated phone will just disconnect
Suggested solution:
Want my money that's missing and.compensation for it due to fact couldn't pay bills like my mortgage now being evicted out my house that money was going to be used for it filling eviction 2132023..foreclosing I want them to be held responsible for there actions so they can pay 30% added to total that was taken for compensation..if no actions can be done then I would like file a lawsuit or class action lawsuit for everyone they done this to which is a lot
