My complaint:
I filed a dispute on a charge on my card from a streaming service (which was probably just a mistaken charge). They reported the card was lost or stolen despite my saying it wasn’t in the dispute and canceled it without warning or giving me the option for getting a replacement card.
Suggested solution:
Give me access to my card back. I still have it, I just wanted them to remove a 2 dollar charge for a subscription that I had canceled the month prior
