My complaint:

My refund was deposited into my netspend/skylight account , a substantial amount. I wrote a check to remove all of my funds. I couldn’t cash the check ANYWHERE! Called to have the check voided and reissued on my account and now they’re giving me the runaround. It’s been 13 days and I’ve still to receive my money.

Suggested solution:

Put my money back into my account
