My complaint:

my account in skrill was verified, but because I tried to deposit with other visa cards, they restricted my account, they ask me to provide a statement for that new card, unfortunately, the visa card that I use doesn’t provide a printed statement. so I offered them a statement from my other real bank account. called in KSA as a SABB bank Saudi Arabia British Bank which can provide certificates and printed statements. but no reply yet. every time I make cases, they just say (We’ve sent you an email and haven’t heard back from you, so we believe the issue is resolved), neither I have received any emails or the problem solved. and unfortunately, I have money in the account. at least let me withdraw my money then close it for good.

Suggested solution:

let's accept my other printed bank statement or let me withdraw my money and then close it for good.
