My complaint:
I am working in UAE with residency visa. For money transaction I was created account in Skrill and verified my account. But address not yet verified due to proper document not submitted.I want to add my local bank account details so I was submitted my debit card , credit card statement still they are rejected without any proper reason. For address verification required documents option are debit card statement, credit card statement, utility bill, water bill,tax bill ect. I am having bank statement only because I am working residency visa here so I don’t get any other proof to submit. I don’t know what is the issue with bank statement I was submitted 5 times still rejection and unable to contact them by email. I am since 8 years in UAE I never facing like this address proof issue . I am always using UAE I’d for financial application and all will activate but here not accepted even my bank statement.please take necessary action and accept my bank statement or my I’d to added my bank details .

Accept my bank statement or valid I'd for adding my bank details .
