My complaint:
Well Skrill Has taken my MasterCard (the reason they told was seciurity reasons….). To they wroted me per e-mail i will recive recompensation money my costs for order the card, the costs for the card 10e per year what where charged from me month ago and all MasterCard fees i was told twice my money will be at my account within 24hours already passed an week and they even not responding to me just auto emails with days the ticket Has Been recived….they closed two tickets Opened at my account i heve no idea what to do now… I was true skrillers status with deposits about 2k$ per month at last months…
Suggested solution:
Let them pay my cash back becouse its unthinkable how they handle customers.
