My complaint:
I have deposited Rs 7000 including charges rs 9462 into Skrill through UPI on 28072022. But my balance is not updated till now then I contacted Skrill customer support after several day they replied that they have not received the money and I even showed the proof of transaction again and again but still they were negative .I even talk to them on call that was expensive but still they don’t care about my money
Suggested solution:
They should refund me with penalty I think because of suffering I was going financial as well as emotional .they don't even talk to the right way on the call
