My complaint:
I ordered a couple of items from Tim that were delivered in a sealed bag to my door. I opened the bag and noticed i received a small chilli rather than the large $8 item i paid for. I contacted customer servjce and they refunded the $8. Two hours later i get an email stating the refund had been reversed for some policy issue. I would honestly prefer to receive what i paid for rather than skip credit. Feel insulted as a customer.
Suggested solution:
Keep the $8 and deliver what i originally order. No bs
