My complaint:

I ordered my food from skip the dishes at 2.45 pm and food was supposed to be delieverd in 30 min, but its 5 pm now and from last 2 hours it is showing 18 min as wait time. I called restaurant poppadum directly and they said they are waiting for the driver and they remade the food two times but still no body showed up. I tried to reach out to skip the dishes but my message is not getting delivered to them through the application. So i tried to reach out to them through my friend mobile, poonam from customer care was blaming restaurant and she was not able to anything. She was desperately trying to disconnect the chat and was not ready to give any concrete information. I am totally frustrated now. I ordered food because i was hungry and the way skip the dishes has responded without any prior information, that is super frustrating.
