My complaint:
I made an order through skip to a place called chicken chicken only to find out it was just Pizza Pizza Hiding its name.
I spent around $50 ordering food, never would of ordered if I knew it was pizza pizza. I had to throw out some of the food because of how soggy and disgusting it was. I ordered a putine, DOUBLE chicken burger, onions rings and 2 drinks (one for me one for my friend)… the Putine could fit in my cupped hands with room to spare.. I could count the cheese curds and popcorn chicken almost with just 1 hand.. the burger was smaller than a McDonald’s kids burger.. and the onion rings were so soaked im grease I thought I was going to puke just looking at them and smelling them…. it was all packaged poorly and the delivery bags were wide open and looked like hell. The burger was exposed to the air and anything in the air on its travel from the restaurant to my friends place. The putines lid was off and the onion rings were starting to leak through the box they came in. As someone who went all day without eating to spend almost $50 on food..to not even be able to eat the largest portion of what I ordered because it was so disgustingly made.. is just SO upsetting and I Know I won’t get my money back for it. I just am im the high hopes that they STOP allowing places to have Fake names on their site. I am so disappointed I don’t really ever want to order food with skip again..
Suggested solution:
Personlly id Like a full refund for the wasted order but I know It isn't exactly ideal for them... I'd Like for the Fake name places to be banned from using Fake names. It's severely misleading and I could of completely avoided this specific order if I Knew it was pizza pizza and not something new like chicken chicken as the restaurant Said it was on skip the dishes. (Never have i ever had a good experience with pizza pizza)
