My complaint:
I ordered Lunch from Eggspectation. To savw $3 I ordered with Skip the dishes instead of Uber; knowing very well I’ve had bad experiences with them. Very bad.
I order and the drop down menu ask for one mandatory Option to select. I am a vegetarian and there was no option for no Meat. And you had to select an option to move forward. So I choose the first one ‘sausage’ and then in the instructions wrote very clearly – “NO MEAT PLEASE, replace with Extra Egg”.
Got the food with the Meat and when asked for refund- Skip the dishes unsurprisingly said sorry your fault, you choose Meat. I told them repeatedly there is no option for no meat and the choice is mandatory to order the food. And I gave instructions. Still nothing.
Its the Matter of Principle and this is a scam. I need my Money back.

Return my Money. And apologize
