My complaint:
I place an order today which was delivered to the wrong address, thankfully I was outside and saw that the driver was 4 building down from where I live delivering the order. Now when I got the order it was missing items, I contacted customer support which they refused to refund me for the missing items.
Suggested solution:
Giving me my money back in the original method of payment so I can close my account and be done with them.
