My complaint:
I order a meal at McDonalds Grant Park. Your suspect tracker says 18 min, then switches to an hour. I contact customer support (Sweetla) says 90 min and that is best option. I live across the street from this location (I am in a wheelchair otherwise you would not get my business ever)
How can this be. There is no excuse except abysmal management. I spend $300/month with Skip and this is how I am treated, 90 mn for fast food across the street.
Your drivers consistently fail to read delivery instructions (English is am official language, just in case you were not aware)
