My complaint:
So I placed two orders back to back. I got my one order no issues buzzed me came up to my apartment etc. 95% of time there isn’t issues. As where it asks for instructions I clearly state I’m wheelchair bound disabled an can’t go downstairs or hunt around huge apartment complex for my order. However today my second order completely never even arrived. I contacted customer care an was brushed off with automated response basically saying I’m to blame somehow an they won’t help me issue refund nothing. I live on disability income an eating out is a treat as it is there services is fees for this fees for that now, but now worst yet when person doesn’t even get the whole order there now out all damn service fees taxes taxes on service fees along with inflated prices compared to establishments as if nothing. It’s sickening
Suggested solution:
Refund order. If either by skip credit then by original form of payment.
