My complaint:

I reached out to skip the dishes today sep29 at around 10:45am and I took them forever to answer back they kept delaying and then when I got transferred to a a manger he didn’t offer anything. This is a joke of a business😣. I told them I ordered Tim hortons for pick up my order wasn’t ready that time that skip said it will be, then the store had no info whatsoever on my order, then they would not let me check my order they taped the bag and sent me off. Upon driving I checked and noticed item missing , went back and the lady was rude dissmed my concern and helped different customer. All that then my food was cold because I had to go back to get missing item. Skip manager didn’t do anything

Suggested solution:

Full refund at least
