My complaint:
I have placed an order number 567614576 with $8 discounted coupon code Coup8, or something showed up automatically, and I was supposed to charge $7.50, but I got charged for the full amount, which is $15.50. I got a receipt of $11.49. So, I want my money back to my credit card which is $8.
Suggested solution:
Give my money back which is $8 directly to my credit card.
