My complaint:
Place an order June 17th for Fresh Slice Pizza to receive two slices of pizza and a bottle of Pop be sent to 1920 Southwest Marine Drive as I’m a flagger there and we’re working 13 and a half hour shift received a call from the delivery meant to say he was here however he was at the wrong address the system glitched and sent it to the wrong address when I called to complain and ask for a refund the person I spoke with said sorry about that will look into it was very rude
today June 30th I placed an order at 2:17 and at 10 minutes to 5 still have not received my order upon my inquiring I was told the driver was not there to pick it up but at 2:30 I had received notification that he was 10 minutes from my destination
Suggested solution:
They should they should refund money for both of their mistakes and from here going forward I will not be using skip the dishes and will let everyone know exactly what has happened this is extremely bad business
