My complaint:
Placed through Skip The Dishes with Scooners Pub in Calgary on Friday Jan. 21. Picked up by Skip The Dishes’s courier but never arrived at my house.
Tried to follow up with Skip The Dishes but next to impossible to reach them.
Suggested solution:
Prior to placing order, had a $43 credit with Skip The Dishes which was reduced by the order amount of $39 (leaving a balance of $4) though order was never received. It's next to impossible to find a contact at Skip The Dishes to deal with problems.
Skip The Dishes should reinstate my credit amount of $43.
