My complaint:

I ordered food from All Good Things on Friday night and I didn’t receive it. I can’t leave my apartment so that is why I order to have it delivered to my apartment door. Either the courier can’t read English or is too lazy to bring it to me. If it was left in the lobby it was gone by the time I found someone to go down and check. The order is 379429815 in the amount of $17.50.

Suggested solution:

Please refund my money to my credit card as I will not be ordering from Skip the Dishes again. My last order was delivered to my neighbour and I've had problems with orders in the past. Enough is enough. I would sooner pay a little more and order from another service. I don't appreciate that you do not except calls anymore as this method of compaining is an inconvenience.
