My complaint:
We placed an order at Five Guys Burgers and Fries on 130th at 330pm. It said ETA for delivery 27 minutes. We called to inquire about our order at 430 to Five Guys. They said it had just left. We called back 30 minutes later because we only live 3 minutes away. They said once the driver picks up the food we don’t know where it goes.
Suggested solution:
You show a tracking system that does not track. Fix your tracking system for starters. Hold your drivers accountable for not doing their jobs. Refund us our money if you want any hope of us using your service again.
