SkipTheDishes complaint: Damaged Delivery

My complaint:

My order was delivered and when I went to the door to get it the bag had a broken handle, the pasta dish that was on top was open and all the contents spilled throughout the bag. The pasta was not saveable and the rest of the bag was covered with sauce and noodles. A huge mess.There was no knock on the door or call to inform me of this mess. He dropped the bag and ran. Not impressed. I do not want compensation in any form as I will never order through skip again.

Suggested solution:

When I complained I was told you would refund my money and I could order again. In this case not good enough. Why should I order again on my time especially after the driver ran with his tip. Was not the resteraunts fault in any way. What should have happened is the driver should have went back to the resteraunt ON HIS OWN TIME and replaced the damaged item.Basically this guy got away with a tip and I was out dinner. I know you are just a delivery service but there has to be exceptions when it is driver error they should have to pay the consequences not the customer.
