My complaint:
I want compensation for several orders that SKIP said they coulnd’t credit me for due to a large amount of complaints i had in the passed. My last complaint was in June of 2022 and until now, every now and then when I use SKIP, there is a problem whether it be with the driver, the store inself, of just plain BAD Food or a screw up that the restaurant missed in my notes or the driver delivering another person’s order! My most recent experience was today at lunch when I ordered for the 2 kids at home. I ordered from McD’s which is 3 to 5 minutes drive away (Max). Anyhow the time didn’t matter as he said he keyed in the wrong address and therefore he’ll end up being 45 mins late and further relayed he can request that you can send me a $5.00 coupon. What a LOSER. . Anyhow long store shut

BY refund. I have had so much out of pocket money that they didn't want to do anything about and failed to refund me my money!!!!
