My complaint:

It had been 2 and half months when my payment bounce back happened on 20th December of 144$ as checked and verified my skip team . From last 1.5 month every week they hadbeen saying that in next paycheque i will receive my payment back but nothing had been processed till now . I had emailed them millions of times and submitted my documents 3 times they themselves says that documents are verified i will receive my payment in next paycheque but my request is just a waste nothing is going on …
They have 3 emails which they send me
FIRST – submit your documents, bank account information
SECONDLY— update your bank information
THIRD— in next 1-2 paycheques i will receive my payment back
Now , they reply to my emails any of the above option without doing no background check of the procedure
One team member will send me 3rd option to my email that i will receive in next paycheque and same day. Other will send me first email that submit your documents and bank details
This had been going on for more than 2.5 months
This is my 3 time complaining here from 1 Month and nothing had been done
I am frustrated and saddened with the team support with my earned money
I hadn’t received this kind of pathetic service ever in my life where no one knows what is going on

Suggested solution:

Send me my payment after the waiting for 2 and half months
