My complaint:
I rented a car in advance from the US and when I came to Morocco I was told that the car registration will expire and In 5 days and I will have to drive back another 30 miles to another location to pick up the registration papers. This is is bad customer service because I need to be traveling using the car I am supposed to enjoy while I am traveling. Please contact the agency and have them bring a new car that has all its papers ready or a new registration licence. My name is Jamal benhamou and the contract number is 9486060806. Please do something as soon as possible.
Suggested solution:
Need to either bring an automatic car with all the registration papers up to date or bring me a new registration papers so I can drive the car without the fear of paying a fine.
