My complaint:
My subcription offer was up so I was trying to get a new offer for my setvices. I was talking back and forth with the employees then I asked for a manager I got Kaye who offer me 60.00 for the year plus taxes and fees to keep my services going. She was gojng to put a little bit of a credit and she told me it would be 45.18 for the year and we will discussing all the terms. Next thing u know we get disconnected and she put through to my services canceled. Not once did I ever ask to be canceled. Now they have in cancellation and when I call back to get thst plan honored to which I have proof too . the company will not honor it saying I gave too many credits in the past. Why should this matter this manager offered this too me knowing if I had the credits in the past. I talked to the coperate office and talked to a rep named Rheia I believe who accused me of having a chat bot make up the offer. Unreal u can’t make this stuff up. I trying to go through every chsnnel I can to get this honored and no one is helping me I have proof Kaye offered this to me and I feel the company illegally canceled my services without my permission and won’t honor what they promised me I am just hoping to get some help here
