My complaint:
Sirius XM made some line-up changes to support the Christmas season. In the process they blocked me from receiving two channels I always had before on my XM device only. Channels are still accessible only on their newer radios. I have complained with live agents twice and repeatedly requested refresher signals. Their only explanation is that Sirius is trying to make more room on their bandwidth, so they are blocking XM receivers only. This in turn would require their customers to purchase newer receivers in order to get the same channels back they always had before.
Suggested solution:
Return channels 105 and 133 to all devices that got these channels before and clearly get this range.
