My complaint:
I am having problem to claim the missing miles, and tried to contact Kris Flyer, however, after an hour of trying, the call just been dropped off, and there is no way to just speak to a person, it just asking me to select the options, and no any other way to speak to a person to relate the issues.
Suggested solution:
please contact me and add those missing miles back to my Kris Flyer account
