My complaint:

I am a window and have a severely disabled son in a wheelchair. Ibooked this trip around when Iwas able to get respite care for my son. Singapore Airlines have cancelled my return flight out of Istanbul. the 19th which was suggested by Singapore Airlines doesn’t suit as I have to collect my son on the 21st August, I need time to recover from the flight. Icontacted my travel agent who is as hopeless as you are and he put in a request for the 16th or 17th August we are now awaiting your ation for a month and a half.
The stress you have caused me is unbelieveable.

The Agent has asked me to contact you direct which Ihave done several times and am coming up against a brick wall. I have the email where the travel agent tells me to contact you direct and Iam able to forward this to you.

The Bottom line is I NEED A SEAT TO GET ME BACK TO SYDNEY NI TIME TO PICK UP MY SON.
I DO NOT WANT TO CANCEL MY TRIP I NEED A SEAT. THE AGENT HAD A SOMEONE CALL CENTRE CHICK WHOM I| COULDNT UNDERSTAND A WORD OF WHICH SHE WAS SAYING AND HUNG UP ON HER.
So please anyone with some humanity and compassion which I know are rare qualities ni today’s society HELP ME!
