My complaint:
Fire alarm goes off – cooking in kitchen
Call SimpliSafe – number provided
Service staff states I don’t have a account – alarm going off – louder
Call back – staff person and I are disconnected – no staff called back
Call back – firefighters in home – no issue – leave – my alarm is still going off -?
Call back services person – can not help me stop the alarm – I told them – the unit base is wrapped in a towel placed inside my dryer and will not stop going off – they state someone will call me back after 8am, it’s 7:15am – said I can not listen to the alarm for 45mins she states that there is nothing she can do! – ask speak to supervisor – disconnected again. Call back ask for a supervisor – can’t help me – request he cancels my account – he did and the alarm base went silent.
