My complaint:
Hi I have had an account with Simply financial for almost a year. I spoke with someone a month ago cause I was outta country band they said they would mail me a new card. I gave my new address. When I called not long ago they said there was no record of mailing me a new card I updated my address and then they gave me a number to call the investigation team I waited two hours on hold to speak with them. Then they assured me that the account was being closed, and a cheque would be mailed to me. I asked if it could be tranfered they said I’d have to speak with a manager I then called simply financial three days later and they said they were closing my account and my funds wernt going to b mailed to me cause I asked if they could be tranfered to another account of mine. Now 5 days ago they verified my funds were 2200$ and now they saying I owe cause it’s in a negative which five days ago they said they were mailing the cheque
Suggested solution:
Just mail me my funds that have been on hold since November 2022 and don’t worry about the tranfer I guess
