My complaint:
The support rep refused to unlock my phone which I bought from a simple mobile website. I bought as an unlocked device over a year ago. I have been their client for over 5 years. And when I asked to unlock it, they told me I have to pay $90 because my phone can’t be unlocked for free. Well, it’s a joke!
Suggested solution:
I want my unlocked phone to be unlocked as advertised without any additional charges
