My complaint:
Purchased ACT Total Care for $7.69. Coupon for $2.00 NOT honored, it did not expire, but manager called to register looked over and said, coupon effective starting March 19. Purchase was on 31723. NO WHERE on coupon was it indicated that coupon effective March 19. Manager refused to honor coupon; even though register clerk said nothing but expiration date on coupon. Expiration date was April 2, 2023 (I believe). WTH?
I only shop with VALID coupons; this manager seemed to make up own rules.
Suggested solution:
Honor the $2.00 coupon OFF product purchased. Would not have purchased this product otherwise.
Also, store should MKE SURE their shelf prices match when checking out. Shelf price was different than price scanned for $7.69. WHO would pay that price.
