My complaint:
Good evening, while I was happy that the young lady helped me bag my groceries, I found it deplorable that two other associates were standing and having a conversation with profanity, I found it very unprofessional. While I realize that people chat at work of course cashiers since they are so close to each other but customers should not have to be subjected.
Suggested solution:
I believe just reminding staff that you must be professional at all times.
