My complaint:
On the ShopRite app, it stated from sept 11 to sept 17 the 10oz bustelo coffee was $3.37 and four (4) for $13.49, limit four (4)
I picked up sixteen (16) bustelo coffees and when I went to the register, it did not ring up as that, manager was called and long story shot, ShopRite did NOT honor their advertisement. They tried to say it wasn’t in that store but if you look at the top of the photo I sent, it states ShopRite of Gibbstown. I was not even offered one coffee at that price stated, I guarantee any other grocery store would had honored their advertisement like Walmart always does… I am very upset and will not be shopping at ShopRite any time soon… please don’t advertise item on your app if you are not going to honor it
Suggested solution:
Honor what the ShopRite app stated, I should had been able to buy the bustelo coffee for the price that was stated, I literally sent you proof of what I stated in my complaint, honor your pricing, and if you are going to pick and choose what pricing you are going to and not going to honor, why waste my time shopping at ShopRite if you are going to honor whatever you want to honor… I am very upset about this issue, PLEASE RESOLVE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE
