My complaint:
I went to buy some wine, the guy working had glasses and I handed him my 50$ bill, he said he needed ID so I had left mine but my friend had her ID in a picture so he said he needed MINE bc I’m paying so my friend offered to give him the money he said relax with the attitude it’s not me there’s a camera so I found my ID in my phone and showed him that and he said it’s not him to be annoying is the policy so I said that’s dumb, he replied saying “YOURE DUMB” threw my change at me then acted as if he was going to hit me as I’m walking out!!! I asked for the manager and he didn’t say anything and sided with his employee. Everything is on camera and it happened around 7pm august 15 i feel harassed and don’t know what else to do
Suggested solution:
They should suspend or fire that man for having no customer service !!
