My complaint:
I am a very good and long standing customer @ ur store. The cosmetic department is as soon as u walk in, every time I go shopping or get my prescriptions the cosmetic manager is always very rude to me and I have also seen her being very rude and confrontational with other customers! I was there yesterday and I was shopping there she went being rude again. I decided to change where I shop and get my prescriptions else where. I had all my prescriptions forwarded to another drug store and not @ shoppers anymore. I got tired of been harassed every time I walk in! This person has to go. She is not good for business. U are loosing a really good customer have a look @ my files But I need to mention Mary@ the pharmacy she is exceptional with customers it’s too bad I had to leave because of this annoying cosmetic manager with an attitude. She must be reprimanded by the head office to watch how she treats customers. Please do something before everyone does what I did
