My complaint:
First off the was an old gentleman ahead of me{ he was about 80 years old)
and she put her leg up on the small bag place was giving him some very mean looks to this man who was packing up he stuff
l did not say anything about this because he was packing.
Then l was next and she just started banging my item on the counter,l asked her why she was banging my items like that, she says she was not banging,l asked to speak to the manager .she told that she was the manager, l ask to speak to some else and this other woman came over that just said that she was not banging my items. l ask how would she know she was not there, So l told her to keep the items and walked out.
Suggested solution:
She should have said l sorry and took care of me and my items

l am very sorry but I'm 64 years old and been shopping for many years and this is one of the ruddiest women that l came across please do something about this matter . Please do not sweep it under the carpet, There are lots of people that are looking for jobs, Shoppers Drug is a big chain of stores but only because of your customers,So please again look into this matter
