My complaint:
Purchased item VTECH GGSW PLC at a cost of $24.99 on Nov 21, 2020 as a Christmas gift for my grandson.
Gift turned out to be a duplicate so I attempted to return the gift.
Due to C-19 it has been difficult to get back to the store.
I was advised my return was too late even thought the gift had not been opened and a receipt was presented.

Authorize a return of the gift with full credit to my card.
