My complaint:
I bought a coffee creamer by mistake on April 1st 2023, I realized I made a mistake, the receipt shows clearly Retain Receipt for return within 30 days.
However, I went to the store today (April 3rd 2023) for return, the cashier manager refused my request and shout at me, said: food item is non refundable, nothing in writing or legal documents shows this policy.
As a regular and loyalty customer for years, I do not expect to be treated like that.
Please help me with this matter. Thank you and sincerely,
