My complaint:
I was charged for a prescription even though I had reached my $100 senior limit. They assured me they would look into it and would refund the amount once they ed it with my health card. When I didn’t hear back from them, I returned 2 weeks later only to be told that I no longer qualified for a discount because the time limit had expired. I find this to be very unprofessional and deceiving on their part.
Suggested solution:
First of all they should be more upfront about their return policy rules, and allow enough time for situations like this to be resolved. There was no mention of a time limit at all, and I received no apology from them.
