My complaint:
No one answers the phones. When they do answer it they let you on hold and never come back. This is so unprofessional. I’ve seen over and over people calling them right infront of them and no one goes to the phones. They’re not even busy at times. So this is an on going problem. And I’ve called customer service and the waits are longer than a half an hour. So you can’t talk to anyone
Suggested solution:
Hire more people
