My complaint:
My daughter was involved in a car accident outside the store. She called me as she was upset, as the other driver was verbally abusive. The police was called and attended the scene. I had parked across a few parking spots as this was an emergency. Margaret who claimed to be the manager came out of the store started to berate me in front of witnesses for my parking. As I said, this was an emergency. I will never shop at your store again, and this individual should be dismissed. How dare your employee speak to a customer like this. My family have been loyal customers for years. Not any more.
Suggested solution:
Fire the manager, Margaret.
